Because OrthoFeet orders are processed differently from the rest of our products, please expect the following:
- Immediately after placing your order, details and payment confirmation will be sent to the email provided. This means that your order was received successfully and is now in processing
- Your order will be shipped in 5-10 business days, and email confirmation, together with your order tracking number, will be sent at this time. Please note: you will not receive any other notifications from us prior to that, unless there is a problem with your order. Please do not request order status update and/or order tracking number during this period – it will not be available
- Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address in 2-7 business days
